In het Caesars Palace complex wordt de voormalige Centurion Tower gerenoveerd tot een Nobu hotel met 180 kamers. Op de begane grond komt een Nobu restaurant van ca. 1000 m2.
Volgens de marketing mensen kan het natuurlijk niet mis gaan, wanneer we het persbericht moeten geloven:
“We will bring the DNA of the Nobu brand to life in this venture through the vision of (chef) Nobu Matsuhisa with his fellow long time partners and friends Robert De Niro and Meir Teper,” 
De marketing man van Nobu kon hier natuurlijk niet bij achter blijven: “With a renowned location in Caesars Palace, the luxury Nobu Hotel Las Vegas will be a destination for style-makers and trendsetters, offering an immersive, fun and social experience.”
